FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) 2019 - DESTINATION: DEEP SPACE
We've migrated to a new site. If anything is broken, please let us know.
Use the calculator to test out your strategy and see potential scores.
Google Sheets (recommended): The calculator is designed for Google Sheets and best used on that platform. this requires a Google Account (free) and you'll need to make a fresh copy of the sheet if we post any updates. Make a copy of Google Sheets
Excel download (best for offline): You can download the calculator and use it in Excel. This requires Microsoft Office (costs money if you don't already have the suite with Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and you'll need to download the file again if there are updates. Download Excel
Use on this site (beta): You can also use the calculator straight on this website. You don't need any accounts or software and won't need to update it. However, this is not perfected software and might break at times. Use with caution. Load calculator below
Google Form: The Google Form will ask you multiple choice questions about the game and then give you a score. You can also opt to share your score with a coach or mentor (or just brag to your friends in your team's Slack) by sharing the results link. Mentors/team leadership: this is great "homework" for your students early in build season.
Take the test online
Kahoot!: Kahoot! is an online, multi-player interactive game. A mentor starts a game and each player needs a device (mobile or computer). The mentor will get a PIN and the kids will go to kahoot.it and enter the PIN to play. This is fun and competitive!
